The STEF Secretariat will comply with the “Rules on Handling of Employee Information by Sony Group Companies in Japan” of the Sony Global Information Security Policy (GISP) defined in the Sony Group Code of Conduct, and use employee information solely for the purposes set forth below.
■ Definition of Personal Information
Employee information (name, email address, company name, department/division, etc.) provided by participants in the STEF (Sony Technology Exchange Fair) 2024
■ Purpose of Use of Personal Information
1. Management of the employees who participate in the STEF 2025 as exhibitors or visitors
2. Questionnaire survey on the operation of STEF
3. Vote of employees to determine STEF Award winners
